Inclement Weather Policy
Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts will do their best to give sufficient notice of class cancellations due to inclement weather. Classes canceled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled to a later date. All effected students will receive a credit equal to the amount of tuition paid to be used towards another course at the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts. No refunds will be given for inclement weather cancellations.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made up to two weeks before a course will result in a full refund, less a $25 processing fee or 15 percent of tuition, whichever is less. No refunds are granted for cancellations made with less than two weeks notice. Students registered for the full course will not be refunded for any missed sessions and will not receive certificates of completion for partial completion of a seminar. Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts reserves the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be granted to those registered.
