Structural Based Deep Tissue Massage Techniques for the Neck, Back, Legs, and Hips
Dates: 29 & 30 September 2012
Outline of course:
Participants will look at structural and functional deviations and how they create compensation, deterioration, and pain within the body.
This class shows participants how the body is related to the field of gravity and what happens when the fascial system has to compensate because of these imbalances.
During this class you will learn techniques to work the fascial layers in the major areas that clients notice aches and pains; Neck, Back, Legs, and Hips. With these techniques you will be able to have an immediate impact in your clients lives.
By the end of this class you will understand how to recognize compensation patterns in your clients, techniques and steps to provide more effective treatments, and exercises to give your clients that they can use at home to help relieve pain on their own.
