**Position Overview:**
As a Massage Therapist at Olympus Spa, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality massage services to our clients. Your role will involve assessing client needs, providing therapeutic treatments, and contributing to a positive and relaxing spa experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty massages.
– Assess clients’ needs and tailor treatments to meet their individual requirements.
– Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
– Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, calming atmosphere.
– Ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, organized, and sanitary.
– Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and trends.
– Adhere to all spa policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
– Valid massage therapy license in the state of Washington.
– Proven experience in providing various types of massages.
– Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
